Terms and Conditions

These terms apply whenever you browse https://sattvishaorganics.com or place an order with Vishraa Enterprises, trading as Sattvisha Organics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, contact us before ordering — our details are at the bottom of this page.

Products and pricing

Every item is made to order rather than kept in stock, so a small, natural variation in colour or texture between batches is normal for a food product and is not a defect. All prices are listed in Indian rupees (INR) and may change at any time; the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay for that order.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. An order is only confirmed once payment succeeds — placing an item in your cart or opening the payment screen does not reserve it indefinitely, and an order that is never paid for is not fulfilled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or a payment cannot be verified, in which case any amount charged will be refunded.

Shipping and delivery

We ship nationwide by India Post Business Parcel, or an order can be collected in person from our Nanganallur store. The delivery charge shown at checkout is based on your order's weight and delivery PIN code, and already includes packaging. Delivery times are estimates given by the courier and are not guaranteed by us.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because our products are food items made to order, we are not able to accept a change of mind return once an order has been packed or shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or short of what you paid for, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where possible, a photo — we will make it right. Accounts and guest checkout

You can order as a guest without creating an account, and track that order later using the phone number you provided. If you choose to sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping that account secure; we are not liable for actions taken through your account if your own Google credentials are compromised.

Intellectual property

The Sattvisha Organics name, logo, product photography and site content belong to Vishraa Enterprises and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent change; continuing to order after a change means you accept the updated terms.
