Vishraa Enterprises, trading as Sattvisha Organics (“we”, “us”, “our”), operates https://sattvishaorganics.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected. It applies to the website and to orders placed by phone or WhatsApp.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and — if you provide one — your email address. You may check out as a guest; an account is never required to order.
Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google for “My Account”, we receive your name and email address from Google to create and identify your account and show you your own order history. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Payment information
Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials — Razorpay processes these directly and shares with us only the outcome of the payment (success, amount, and a transaction reference) so we can confirm your order.
Information stored on your device
Your cart, wishlist, recently viewed items, and any saved addresses are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device. This information is not sent to us until you actually check out, and clearing your browser data clears it.
How we use your information
- To process and fulfil your order, including payment verification and delivery
- To share your delivery address and phone number with the courier or postal service handing over your parcel
- To contact you about your order — confirmations, delivery updates, or if we need to reach you about an issue
- To let you track an order by phone number, with or without an account
- To keep records we are required to keep for tax, accounting and consumer-protection purposes
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone for marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We share information only where it is necessary to run the store:
- Razorpay — to process your payment.
- Courier and postal partners — to deliver your parcel to the address you provide.
- Google Cloud / Firebase — the infrastructure that stores our order and account data securely.
- Our own staff — a paid order's details are sent to a private, internal notification channel so our team knows to prepare and ship it. This is never visible to anyone outside the business.
Cookies and tracking
We use functional cookies to keep you signed in to My Account or the admin panel, where applicable. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as required under Indian tax and business record-keeping law. If you have an account, your saved profile details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to sattvisha.info@gmail.com or calling +91 7200525267. We will action this promptly, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, invoices already issued for a completed order).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to order data is restricted to authorised staff signed in through a password-protected admin panel. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry- standard measures to protect your information.
Children's privacy
Sattvisha Organics is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent change.
