The Sattvisha Organics Circle (SOC) Subscription Program (henceforth referred to as the “Program”) has been launched by Sattvisha Organics promoted by M/s Vishraa Enterprises, to encourage consumers to choose pure and genuine organic products at regular intervals for their own wellbeing. This SOC Program is designed with a dual advantage for both consumers and the producers of organic raw materials. This Program is aimed at ensuring demand sustainability for the organic products from the consumers.

The terms and conditions pertaining to each of the above 2 Sattvisha Organics Circles viz., Economy & Executive and the various benefits offered as part of the Program are listed below:

Any consumer based in India (seeking delivery of Sattvisha Organics products in India) may choose to pay a one-time, non-refundable subscription fee under either of the 2 options mentioned above to become a subscriber.

The subscriber is required to purchase from Sattvisha Organics, products that are available online from www.sattvishaorganics.com every month, without any break, for a minimum amount (defined as the final invoice value) as mentioned above. Orders placed by the subscriber during any date in a calendar month will be treated as order placed for that month. The subscription term refers to the number of consecutive months that the subscriber shall purchase from Sattvisha Organics to be eligible for the benefits of the Program. If the subscriber does not purchase for any month during the subscription term, the subscription membership shall stand cancelled, and all the benefits mentioned above shall not be available to the subscriber. However, customers will be allowed to subscribe to the scheme afresh. On completion of the program term, customers can opt to renew the program for further period and no need to pay any registration fee.

Free shipping: Sattvisha Organics shall bear the cost of transportation for all those orders which are eligible for free shipping as mentioned above.

In case of any dispute between any subscriber and Sattvisha Organics, the matter shall be referred to M/s Vishraa Enterprises, the entity that owns the brand Sattvisha Organics, and the decision of the M/s Vishraa Enterprises shall be final.

Finally, this subscription program is only intended as a benefit for the subscriber, who opt to join in this program at their own interest and is therefore not liable for any legal action whatsoever.
